Processing Time
Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During peak periods or new collection launches, please allow an additional day.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple flat-rate shipping across Australia.
Your applicable flat rate will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 2–8 business days
Express Delivery (where available): 1–4 business days
Regional and rural areas may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update.
Authority to Leave
Some carriers may allow parcels to be left unattended.
If you prefer your parcel not to be left without signature, please select the appropriate option at checkout (if available).
maihomu is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at hello@maihomu.store as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but changes can’t be guaranteed once your order has been processed.
Returned-to-Sender Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, it can be resent.
A re-delivery fee will apply.
Pre-Orders (if applicable)
Items purchased on pre-order will ship once they arrive at our studio.
Any in-stock items in the same order will be held and shipped together unless requested otherwise.
